Malbech D.O.C.

Wine with special characteristics, ruby red colour, full-bodied, moderately tannic, harmonious, intense wine perfumed and slightly acid. Slightly grassy flavour, raspberry and cherry smell. With aging, this wine achieves flavour and a delicate bouquet, broad, very personal and gentle. It combines well with cold cuts and gravies of red and white meats, poultry. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
