Refosco D.O.C.

It is an exclusive wine, of intense ruby red purple colour, tannic and moderately acid. It has an intense wine perfume but typical and unmistakable with reminiscence of sod raspberry and wild blackberries. This wine improves his characteristics with maturation and assumes bitter taste, developing a wide and agreeable bouquet. It finds matches with Venetian cuisine and particularly with fatty meats, stews, roasts and game. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
