Merlot D.O.C.

It is a great wine, full bodied, rich colour, characterized by an intense wine perfume with shaded grassy flavour. The colour is ruby red that, with maturation, turnes into garnet. Aging the wine improves significantly his characteristics and achieves a pleasant bouquet and assumes a dry flavour, very harmonious and balanced. For its harmonic completeness lay on the tables throughout the meal, it finds easy matches with cold cuts, stews, roasts and poultry. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
